Towing services

The towing department of the company SPLIT PARKING d.o.o. operates four tow trucks with car-lifting cranes and a smaller VW Up vehicle as part of its mobile unit. These are special-purpose vehicles designed to meet the requirements of the type of work the department does.
The upper limit of the cranes' bearing capacity is 6.5 tonnes, which allows us to perform a wide range of jobs with very few limitations.
The vehicles are designed to transport different types of cargo, as well as to lift vehicles that ran off road.

Although we have the capabilities to provide a wide-range of services, the tow trucks are mostly used only for moving improperly parked cars, in accordance with the Road Safety Act. In our work we use video surveillance, which has greatly sped up our work and reduced the number of complaints from unhappy owners or users of towed vehicles.

Tow trucks are operated by professional drivers who possess appropriate certificates for handling hydraulic car-lifting cranes.

The building is under video surveillance 24 hours a day for security reasons. Releasing of vehicles is done 24 hours a day.

Tow fees incurred by improperly parked vehicles can be paid every day, 24/7, 365 days a year, at 67A Pujanke Street.
